**Your role and responsibilities**:

**Qualifications for the role**:

- A degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with 5 years relevant experience in oil & gas industry in midstream and/or upstream.

Advanced degree (MBA) is a plus

- Entrepreneurial thinking and pursuit of innovative approaches

- Managerial and strategic thinking skills

- A collaborative, solution -focused approach

- High level of analytical skills and creativity

- Strong self-motivation and the ability to motivate and inspire others.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.

- Fluency in English.

Any additional language will be advantageous
