Your Challenges

Joining our Industry X team of experts, you will help create an end-to-end client experience on operations processes, solutions, and products.

As a Delivery Lead for the delivery of product lifecycle management systems, the following are some of the expected capabilities:

Knowledge and experience of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) in one or many of the following industries:

Industrial (Automotive, Industrial Equipment, Aerospace, High Tech)

Luxury/Fashion and Consumer Goods

Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team, collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and other Delivery Leads to develop and coordinate release plans and ensure smooth and efficient delivery of the product lifecycle management system.

Demonstrated leadership, management, and interpersonal skills that enable effective communication, planning, organizing and prioritizing, coaching and developing team members, and facilitating conflict resolution.

Strong stakeholder management skills, where they can build and maintain positive relationships with business owners, customers, and third-party vendors, and able to effectively report on project status, risks, and opportunities.

Understanding of Agile principles, practices, and frameworks with the ability to select and apply the appropriate Agile methodology based on the situation at hand is a plus.

Experience in leading and managing the delivery of multiple software development projects using Agile methodologies specifically in the manufacturing space is a plus.

5+ years in consulting, system integrator, or software vendor companies focused on execution planning, manufacturing operations, manufacturing production processes.

Knowledge of product lifecycle management processes in one or many of the following industries:

Industrial (Automotive, Industrial Equipment, Aerospace, High Tech)

Luxury/Fashion and Consumer Goods

Knowledge in existing & emerging PLM technologies:

Industrial: Aras, Dassault 3DExperience, PTC Windchill, Siemens Teamcenter;

Luxury/Fashion and Consumer Goods: Dassault

Expertise in functional areas (application, technology, data).

Expertise on data collection, qualification, processing, structuring, analyzing.

Knowledge of Agile methodology.

Knowledge of English (minimum C1).
