You will work on exciting projects, leveraging the power of the most innovative technologies and skills to help customers rethink how their products are designed and manufactured to make them more efficient, sustainable, usable and safe.

Location: Milan, Turin, Rome.

Inside our Industry X business and Engineering and R&D offering practice, you will become the responsible for:

- Guiding a technical team to adopt the best methodologies for Software Delivery, leveraging on fresh programming practices within lean ecosystems;

- Managing the lifecycle of delivery projects, in coordination with the other internal and external involved entities, such as: Architectural assessments, Platform software and tools selection, Technical design of the implementation, Testing and DevOps practices setup;

- Supporting the functional departments involved in the project delivery to ensure requirements quality, via a constant grooming process ;

- Shaping and optimizing the delivery team efficiency, with an active collaboration in retrospective and planning ceremonies to ensure a comfortable and efficient environment.

- Experience with development design patterns (e. g.

MVC/facade/BFF/DAO/DTO/etc);
