**Your Challenges**: Boosting our Clients' capital projects engineering and construction performance to meet the energy transition challenge and build new sustainable infrastructures and assets; with digital and AI-enabled engineering, connected construction, and intelligent project control capabilities we ensure our clients can run their projects optimally, and deliver on time, on budget and using less carbon, achieving their sustainability goals across projects lifecycle and enhancing overall asset lifecycle value.

You will become the responsible for:

- Originating, positioning and delivering IX Capital project services for both EPC contractors and Owner/Operators across different Industries (Energy, Utilities, Chemical and Natural Resources, Industrial Equipment, Civil and Transport Infrastructure, Telecoms & Media, );

- Contributing to the IX Capital Projects services offering development, with sustainability and circularity as the driving factor, with specific focus on value based frameworks and contractual schema development;

- Building relationships with Client's C-level from both Business and IT departments, internal and external, being able to translate Clients' business vision into long-term services opportunity;

- Managing the lifecycle of project services in coordination with the other internal and external involved entities;

- Engaging with ecosystem partners and support the definition of solutions and collaboration models;

- Run joint go-to-market campaigns with and for our Clients;

- Contributing to shape and optimize the service offerings, interacting with global practice and local market unit functions;

- Contributing to thought leadership content development, papers and marketing material and events.

- Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent;

- Minimum 5 years of project management experience and capital projects services;

- Industry expertise in Energy, Powergen Renewables, Civil and Transport Infrastructure or Industrial Equipment;

- Good understanding of end-to-end Engineering-Procurement-Construction value chain;

- Interest, passion and good knowledge of energy transition and net-zero concepts, policies and technologies;

- Knowledge of main project management, document control, cost control, engineering and construction systems declined by main Sw Vendors (SAP, Oracle, OpenText, Autodesk, Bentley, Hexagon, Aveva, Dassault, Siemens, PTC) ;

- Entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset ;

- Fluent English spoken and Written.
