**Your** **challenges

Are you fascinated by the effects that the digital revolution is bringing to the world of the Connected Products?

At Accenture Industry X, you will support our customers in business model evolution and the technological paradigm shift to move from a product-centric mindset to a data-driven product and service innovation provided by always-connected machines.

You will be Responsible for local interaction and facilitate the relationship with clients at regional level (Europe, NA. . ) You will be the local point-of-contact for fast problem solving and local escalation mgmt.

You will work in alignment with Commodity Lead to manage the local team

You'll support and facilitate Commodity Lead in the coordination of all activities cross-commodity by Region.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Aftersales services, Technical Publications and spare part management;

- Experience in Aerospace, Automotive, Industrial or Manufacturing Industries;

- Previous track record in B2B client management;

- An Engineering or Economics Master's degree;

- Entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset;

- Fluent English spoken and Written.
