The Influencer Marketing Manager executes influencer deals across multiple brands. This role owns and is responsible for day-to-day campaign management including strategic input, casting and deal-making, and execution of campaigns for multiple brand clients. We are looking for candidates with a deep passion and interest in influencers, social channels, trends and culture and proven ability to cast influencers and creators for a variety of brand initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Own the overall success of assigned campaigns with the aim of delivering above & beyond on behalf of our clients. Manage the day-to-day workload across assigned campaigns, including delegation of tasks to Coordinator(s) where needed and ensuring team alignment. Build client materials including but not limited to talent slides, strategy decks and campaign reports. Be a finger on the pulse of trending talent and upcoming talent, as well as actively discovering trends in the industry and on platforms. Develop strong internal relationships with all disciplines. Campaign Development (Talent Casting & Deal-Making):
Lead talent search and qualification process with an eye for detail, including brand safety content audits, collecting thorough audience qualification and demographics, safety vetting etc. Lead talent and agent communication professionally and in a timely manner, from initial outreach to completing campaign deliverables. Find and propose talent both internally and externally to brand clients. Develop deal terms for talent, creative briefs, preparation of offers and contract management. Negotiate and manage deals; ensure all contracts are accurate and all key needs are met. Campaign Execution (Management & Reporting):
Manage campaigns from end-to-end, including creative briefing, timeline/deliverable management and creative reviews. Ensure talent posts are high quality and meet or exceed expectations. Ensure talent is paid in a timely manner and that working with Reach is a positive experience. Track audience sentiment in real-time and flag any potential issues, including influencer behavior, that could impact the campaign or client. Keep brand partners informed every step of the way with all talent updates. Develop end-of-campaign reports including gathering data and providing analysis, insights and recommendations. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally experience working on a CPG brands Existing influencer and talent manager relationships a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment A passion for social media and influencer marketing, with an innate understanding of social trends and platforms This is a full-time position that typically would be based at the Reach Agency offices in Venice, CA, USA. Due to COVID-19, the position is currently remote based on West Coast hours.
