About The Job In this exciting role, you will work under the direct supervision of the Head of Global Communication.
Your key responsibilities will include building, nurturing, and leveraging relationships with influencers across global markets to drive brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy.
The Influencer Marketing Manager will develop and execute a comprehensive influencer strategy that aligns with the brand's image, values, and business goals while ensuring cultural resonance and relevance across diverse regions.
Your Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To: Creating and implementing a global influencer marketing strategy aligned with brand and business goals, defining KPIs and success metrics.
Identifying and managing relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators across diverse platforms (e. g. , Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
), ensuring authenticity and alignment with brand values.
Designing and managing influencer campaigns from conceptualization to execution, ensuring alignment with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand storytelling.
Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
Utilizing analytics tools to measure ROI, engagement, and brand impact across campaigns.
Ensuring adherence to local regulations, managing contracts and payment processes in collaboration with legal and finance teams, and enforcing brand guidelines.
Working closely with local teams to implement strategy and support troubleshooting.
Leveraging industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in influencer marketing.
About You We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following: University degree, preferably in Digital Marketing, Business and Management, Advertising and Public Relations, Media and Digital Communication.
Minimum 6-8 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting.
Experience in influencer marketing, social media strategy, or related fields, preferably within the luxury, retail, or lifestyle sectors across multiple regions.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in analytics tools (e. g. , Google Analytics, influencer platforms like Traackr or CreatorIQ).
Strong understanding of influencer platforms, trends, and metrics.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
