Job Description: Communicate risks and issues clearly, succinctly, understandably, and in a manner that is focused and appropriate to the audience.

Support technology teams in their efforts to resolve risks and issues.

Provide transparent and timely reporting (where necessary) to support appropriate decision-making.

Support to Customer Platforms technology and non-technology teams in the end-to-end Audit process which includes attending relevant meetings, review and challenge of audit scope, findings issued and audit report.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting technology teams to drive risk remediation for one or more portfolios in Customer Platforms.

This role requires ongoing consultations with internal and external partners such as Technology Executives, Technology Asset Owners (TAOs), Internal Audit and more.

Responsibilities include:

Prioritization and planning for resolution/mitigation of risk exceptions Support during Audit engagements Track/report/monitor oversee technology risk for existing and emerging risks Work with TAOs and other partners to ensure teams are compliant with Technology Risk Standards.

Responsibilities: Track, monitor and follow-up on progress of risk control gaps and self-identified control gaps and other IT Risk initiatives Preparation of IT Risk Dashboards and Executive reporting Contribute to Report Automation Investigate, track and drive remediation of any issues identified in the monthly Technology & Cybersecurity Risk Reporting and Platforms & Technology Operational Governance Report (PTOG) Work with other team members towards achieving quick turnarounds on initiatives and common goals Keep abreast of emerging trends and issues in information technology Contribute to building a proactive risk culture Build relationships with various internal/external partners to Customer Platforms Look for opportunities to automate reporting Job Requirements: Understanding of the concepts and practices of IT risk management, IT process and related controls is an asset Strong facilitation skills – Monthly Risk Overview presentations to Executives and their senior leadership team Familiarity with the Bank's Technology Risk Management framework as well as industry best practices General understanding of technology issues Problem solve complex issues affecting area of responsibility Effectively interact with individuals across the organization and at various levels Detail oriented, strong analytical, organization and problem-solving skills Must be a self-motivated, energetic and results-oriented and be committed to adding value to the team Excellent time management skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks Work independently and in teams with minimal supervision Good judgment— ability to determine which issues to escalate vs. to resolve independently, and provide suggestions for possible resolution MS Office Suite of software (e. g. , Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook and SharePoint), Power BI and Tableau Previous risk management/Technology Controls Office (TCO) experience is an asset CISA and or other risk related certifications an asset EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION: University degree Information security certification / accreditation an asset 7+ years of relevant experience Who We Are: TD is one of the world's leading global financial institutions and is the fifth largest bank in North America by branches/stores.
