Key Responsibilities Coordinate and execute Business Impact Assessment (BIA) processes to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Plan, execute, and document Business Continuity (BC) tests to evaluate the resilience of systems and processes. Conduct Risk Management assessments, prepare detailed reports, and identify areas of improvement. Collaborate with the department manager to design and implement effective risk strategies. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Information Security. Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders, providing clear and actionable insights. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging risks and evolving cybersecurity threats. Required Skills At least 3 years of experience in the Information Security field. A degree in Legal discipline. Business Impact Assessment (BIA) execution. Business Continuity Test analysis (planning, execution, and reporting) Risk Management processes, including assessment execution and reporting. Risk strategy design in collaboration with department leadership. Knowledge of Information Security principles and practices. Native proficiency in Italian and professional proficiency in English.
