Position Summary

As part of the global IT team, the Information Security System Specialist supports cybersecurity tools and threat intelligence to carry out security monitoring and runs IS operations on emerging threats and the appropriate course of action. She/he works with internal resources and a network of external service providers including security vendors to guarantee the required level of IT security, collaborating in the administrations and maintenance of the information security solutions as well as supporting incident related. Supports Information Security compliance and assurance, providing required support to Internal and External Audit preparation and sessions. Contribute to the Information Security Management System lifecycle and improvements. Monitor CyberSecurity trends and hacker's strategies, review and circulate relevant alert bulletins, contribute to the global Information Security roadmap definition and implementation. Additional security-related administration includes phishing exercise simulation, information security training, risk assessment and controls catalogue repository, external service providers validation, non-standard software access administration. The successful candidate needs to combine a diverse set of technical skills, including the ability to work in virtual teams with global team members and end-users; able to work in autonomy with a focus on providing technical advisement for change and problem management on Information Security; demonstrate a clear understanding of IT process background and service delivery approach to securing the consistent protection of IT services, as well as additional projects consistent with the role.

Key Outputs: What we can expect from you Run and Support Information Security Operations, offering occasional off-hours support. Globally support CyberSecurity tools and Advanced Threat intelligence solutions. Monitor CyberSecurity posture, working to external Vulnerability Assessments and Penetration Tests, as well as to the internal VDR platform. Test, design and validate new solutions for Information Security. Contribute to all projects and initiatives related to the Information Security Roadmap. Actively participate to the CyberSecurity Program Assessment with external advisory companies. Support of Security Administrators activities and related Governance. Support Internal and External Audit processes. Consult with business teams and proactively seek "out of the box" new solutions (including Cloud) to exploit the IT CyberSecurity services. Maintain the CyberSecurity Incident Response plan up to date. Maintain and monitor compliance to corporate IT security practices and policies. What will you gain from this role? A broad understanding of IT technologies and Architectures. Skill and experience in CyberSecurity protection and operations (preferred) including:Threat and Vulnerability AssessmentEthical Hacking SkillsNetwork, Hosting & Applications SecurityExperience with cloud security technologiesIntrusion Prevention and DetectionSecOps and DevSecOpsA deep understanding of how hackers work and ability to keep up with the fast pace of change in the criminal cyber-underworld. Meticulous attention to details and forensic approach to challenges. The ability to seek out vulnerabilities in IT infrastructures and applications platforms. Experience in administering of security solutions in both cloud and on-premises scenario. Experience with monitoring tools and patch management. Knowledge of identity and access management. The ability to work as part of a global team with minimal supervision. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Strong planning and documentation skills.
