**This role in summary**:

Bring your knowledge to contribute to the MOB (Maintenance of Business) and HR Projects.

Looking for an individual with a strong interest in new technologies, open mind in finding out different ways to deliver solutions for automating procedures, sociable and team-focused with the ability to work both independently and within an international team.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- React to the problems with integrations/HR systems and fulfill them

- Providing recommendations for resolution

- Understand and manage the process and integration flows of HR master data

- Keep update the documentation

- Analyze interface specifications and perform gap analysis

- Work closely with Business to translate business requirements into technical specs

- Development the project documents and executing test scenarios

- Coordinate vendors and functions to deliver on time and on budget

- Meet the decided deadlines for the assigned tasks

- Communication in English (with colleagues and external vendors)

**Minimum requirements**:

- English (B1 minimum) is a must

- 2-3 years of experience in similar roles

- Familiarity with main HR business processes

- Skills and knowledge in range of Data Interchange products (i. e.

SAP CPI) and their capabilities

- Ability to communicate well in speech and writing, particularly translating business requirements into technical functional requirements

- Experience in HR integrations

- Knowledge of any HR system (SAP HCM, SAP Sucessfactors)

- Innovation mindset

- Open to change and with a strong willingness to learn

**Preferred skills and experiences**:

- Familiarity with various SAP specific integration technologies (BAPI/RFC/IDOC/ Web Services/ IDOC enhancements)

- ALE IDOCs management, SAP ABAP (read, debug the existing programs)
