Client: A Multinational Company in the Energy Sector

Reporting to: the Central IT Manager, the ideal candidate will be an operative guy and coordinate five IT managers in Europe.

The candidate will be responsible for the following key responsibilities in Italy:

Provide advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution for hardware, software, network, and applications. Identify opportunities for improvement in the technology landscape, propose solutions, and implement projects to achieve them. Offer IT support for existing sites and integrate new sites as needed during IT M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) and asset divestments. Contribute significantly to the standardization and improvement of the overall global technology platform, collaborating with the global IT team to achieve these objectives. Requirements: University Degree in Informatics, Informatics Engineering, or a related field. 4-5 years of experience in corporate IT roles or consulting for corporate IT, preferably in an international environment. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus. Experience in the target market is a plus. Familiarity with ERP systems and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office. Excellent service-oriented attitude. Curiosity about new technologies, strong interpersonal skills to coordinate multicultural teams, and solid project management abilities. This is a Permanent position based in Milan, Italy.
