Information Technology Project Manager
Duties**:
- Serve as the 509th Signal Battalion/Regional Network Enterprise Center (RNEC) Information Technology (IT) Specialist responsible for the alignment of IT services planning and delivery with the Enterprise structural framework.
- Serve as a project manager, responsible for identifying project parameters including customer requirements, stakeholders, critical path, timeline, and funding.
- Oversee projects from beginning to end, making necessary adjustments to project plan in coordination with staff, leadership, and customer.
- Identify or develop associated requirements, to include hardware configurations, types and extent of data access, systems and data security and protection, and interface and interoperability with other networks and system architectures.
- Serve as the RNEC Acquisitions Manager to identify, prioritize, and coordinate acquisition requirements.
- Serve as the IT Subject Matter Expert (SME) assisting the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) in identifying customer requirements for contracted IT actions affecting AOR projects: IT architecture, strategy, policy, planning, and communications.
- Review and manage the RNEC Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution (PPBE) to ensure operational effectiveness.
- Ensure delivery and accountability of materials and services provided by contractors.
- Develop standardized processes and procedures to achieve efficiencies and cost-effectiveness in RNEC operations.

- This position requires you to submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report (OGE450) upon entry, and annually thereafter.
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.

In the event of severe weather conditions or other such emergency type situations (natural or man-made disaster) the incumbent is required to report to work or remain at work as scheduled to support mission operations.

- The specialized experience must include, or be supplemented by, information technology related experience (paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training, as appropriate) which demonstrates each of the four competencies, as defined:

**(3) Oral Communication -** Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately.
