Key responsibilities include:

- IT Administration and proximity support for head office users

- Be the first point of contact to the Italian Sales team

- Train new employees on all business tools and ensure existing users are proficient with the tools provided

- Report on technology services and performance for EU region

- Assist the EU IT Operations lead as needed

- First point of contact for support requests

- Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems

- Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support

- General administration tasks and documentation

- Organize and maintain IT inventory and resources

- Perform research at a supervisor's request

**Desired Skills and Experience

- General computer break/fix experience

- Eager to learn and work with various teams in the organization

- Familiar with Microsoft Windows and O365 Suite

- Strong verbal and written communication in Italian and in English (preferably Italian native speaker with mandatory Proficiency in business English)

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to multitask and work well in teams

- Strong work ethic and attention to detail

- Cope well under pressure

- Positive and optimistic (obstacles are just a trigger for change)

**Education backgrounf

A final year student or recent graduate in Computer Science or Information Technology.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tirocinio formativo/stage

Durata contratto: 6 mesi

Stipendio: €700, 00 al mese
