**Posizione**:

Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution.

Help users to use the Alpinestars systems.

Maintains assets inventory assuring security.

Main responsibilities:

- Provide troubleshooting and technical assistance for users on ICT technology and equipment;

- Respond to client support queries;

- Providing support in person, over the phone, or via remote access completing support tickets;

- Install computer peripherals for users;

- Follow up with users to ensure issue has been resolved.

- Installing and upgrading hardware and software systems.

Diagnosing issues with computer software, peripherals, and hardware.

Assure the security of the Alpinestars devices, checking the correct execution of security tools;

- Maintains appropriate records; provide accurate information on IT products or services.

Record events and problems and their resolution in logs

**Requisiti**:

- Full proficiency English speaker;

- Previous experience in a similar role;

- Troubleshooting Microsoft Windows operating system;

- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues;

- Strong client-facing and communication skills;

- Ability deploy, configure, and support operating systems on desktop and mobile;

- Patience and understanding;

- Time-management and organizational.

- Analytical and communication skills, problem solving.
