Information Technology Support Specialist
Serioplast is looking for an **IT Support Specialist**for its headquarters in Seriate, Bergamo.

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Serioplast is seeking an **IT Support Specialist** to provide first-level support to users, configure and maintain IT devices, and ensure the operational continuity of IT systems in line with company standards.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Provide first-level IT support to users, resolving software, hardware, and network issues remotely and on-site.
- Configure and maintain IT devices (desktops, laptops, mobile devices) for new users and replacements.
- Perform basic user account administration (creating accounts, resetting passwords, managing permissions).
- Maintain accurate records of support requests through the company's ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT team on new technology implementations and upgrades.
- Assist with basic ICT infrastructure support under senior team supervision.
- Help document IT processes and systems.
**Technical & Personal Skills**:
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and productivity tools (e. g. , Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Basic understanding of networking (LAN/Wi-Fi), firewall, and switch configuration.
- Experience with Active Directory, GPO management, and user account administration (account creation, password resets, permission management).
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- good Knowledge of English for reading technical documentation and essential communication.

**Education and Experience**:
- Technical diploma in IT or equivalent education; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as an IT technician in a global envionment or consulting company.
