Job Description:On behalf of our Client, a global pharmaceutical company, IQVIA is looking for a Sales Representative to join an exciting working environment in a dynamic atmosphere focusing on the therapeutic areas of cardiology, internal medicine, and hematology.

WORKING AREA: RESPONSIBILITIES: The position involves the following main activities:

Ensuring the achievement of sales and turnover targets through the organization of periodic visits to customers (Doctors, Hospital Pharmacists, etc. ).

Effectively planning activities to ensure continuous monitoring of the market and customers in the portfolio, developing emergent needs in compliance with Group guidelines and Manager directives.

Maintaining and enhancing the image and presence of Bayer products through direct management and relations with Opinion Leaders and local communication initiatives.

Providing adequate technical-scientific and clinical assistance to the end customer by understanding their needs and transmitting requests for support to the Division functions.

REQUIREMENTS: Degree in biomedical, chemical-pharmaceutical disciplines, Scientific Information on Medicines, or initiation of ISF activities prior to 11/01/1993 (as per Legislative Decree of 24 April 2006, no.

219).

Knowledge of the reference territory and competitive environment.

Previous experience with targets: cardiologist, internal medicine doctor, and hematologist.

Residence in the relevant area is essential.

Customer and result orientation, flexibility, proactivity, and excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of the national pharmaceutical and healthcare context.

Willingness to use multi-channel scientific information tools.

Knowledge of the English language and local language.
