Role Purpose**:

- Within the VF IT FLM structure, Infrastructure core Operation team is responsible for Infra Core field governance and support for critical issue resolution.

- The team works as 2nd level operation on all the infrastructures (power, cooling, intrusion and fire detection) present in MTX and Access Tx Core sites.

- It performs continuous monitoring with the aim to reduce field intervention and incidents, improving network E2E quality and resiliency:

- statistical analysis on incidental WOs

- repetitive alarm analysis

- follow up pending issues

- preventive maintenance report analysis

- on site quality audit on preventive maintenance

- near miss tracing

- alarm Management for Not Urgent issues

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

He/She will create analysis on incidental WO with the aim to reduce field intervention and incidents

He/She will support core infra filed on critical incidental WO

He/She will be accountable of tracking and analyze the fields process with the purpose of continuous improvement and to guarantee the achievement

of fields targets in terms of activity volume, overall cost and quality.

He/She will be accountable of 2nd level operation on core sites Infrastructure and of Field support for critical incidental WO & fault solution check.

He/She will support and facilitate the introduction of tool for easy tasks automation, improve the process tracking and the overall data analysis culture.
