Key ResponsibilityDefine roadmaps, developing and delivering solutions and change steering. Manage and prevent impedimentsConsult with stakeholders on programme expectations, requirements and business casesOperate independently and be able to manage relationships within programme teams and with stakeholders at multiple levels of the organisationStay in full control, you will need to manage interactions with related projects and programmes and report progress and impediments to (senior) management. Take an agile approach to executing change initiatives and work according to the ING Change Execution Practice (project management standards and methodologies). Ensure the risk management of the program/projectEnsure program/project governance in agreement with global guidelinesRequirementsA Master's degree in any relevant field; +5 years' experience as project/program manager in a complex and international environmentDemonstrated knowledge of various project and programme management methodologies, with Agile certifications a distinct advantage; Proven experience inoneof following expertise areas:

Know Your Customer, Regulatory & Compliance, Banking Products and Data & AnalyticsProven stakeholder's management also at senior levelExperience gained also in the financial sector is a plusA thorough command of English, verbally and in writing; Specific experience in implementing change in highly regulated environments is a distinct advantageSoft skillsStrong programme management and problem-solving skills; An eye for detail and ananalytical way of thinking, able to work under pressure; A persistent, open and convincing way of communicating:

an ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation, particularly at senior management level; The ability to persuade people and to turn resistance into cooperation; Results oriented with anability to find ways of solving or pre-empting programme challenges; Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely; A consulting mind-set, including an ability to think of and discuss structural solutions; Organisationally sensitive, with a large network within ING; International experienceis a distinct advantage.
