Ing Banking: Chapter Lead Retail Payments
Job Description:
The Retail Payments Chapter Lead, reporting directly to the Tribe Lead Daily Banking, has the end to end responsibility for the development, management, harmonization and phasing out of commercial products, services, channel formulas and processes within one or more segments.
He/She Leads the team in prioritizing the activities among the backlog to strength the payments proposition in the market by delivering to the customer always a distinctive customer experience.
He/she is in charge to define the strategic goals in close consultation with both the Tribe Lead and the commercial departments.
As Chapter Lead, he/she leads the people's growth of his/her chapter by emphasizing the strengths and challenge the weaknesses. Key Responsibilities:
To deliver specific activities to plan, develop, maintain, and monitor our payment products in order to achieve income and volumes targetsTo design and develop the payments product offering working closely with the CoE PricingTo continually assess the performance of the current products range, the regulatory landscape and external market trends and competitor developments to ensure the customer proposition as effective as possibleTo prepare sustainable recommendations across the products including innovations, improvements and changesTo support the end to end process by engaging with the data and insights gathered about customers and process, to make suggestions as how changes to processor product could improve performance and better meet customer needsTo develop effective and collaborative working relationships with all stakeholders and colleaguesTo represent the bank for the products at group level and outside the bankCompetencies:
Master's degree5-10 years' professional experience at management levelProven background in building and managing high performance teamsExceptional understanding of customers and products strategy experience and analyticsExtremely customer-focused, continuously in touch with the network, to stay informed of market and industry developmentsStrong problem solver and ability to make effective decisionsAbility to analyze and interpret data, using insights to further build directionStrong communication and presentation skillsLeadership and influencing skillsAbility to negotiate with all levels of management influencing investment and prioritisationExcellent level of EnglishExperience in working as part of a cross functional leadership teamAbility to work on an international levelDuration:
