Your Role: Product Engineer

We are looking to strengthen our engineering team with a Product Engineer to join our Modena (Italy) office. The role will be a key addition to our engineering team in order to reinforce our capabilities in the field.

The role entails responsibility for the management of new products pertaining to industrialisation and product development, with a particular focus on design and production.

You will work closely with the manufacturing and process engineering and quality departments to evaluate the feasibility of new product development and to develop new products.

Your Impact: As a member of the team, you will: The role involves monitoring the industrialisation of new products from the concept phase through to series production. Supervise the start-up production phase in collaboration with the manufacturing and quality departments to guarantee the required volumes and quality standards. Monitoring and resolving any issues that arise with documentation during the production process. Study of new equipment (tools, reference templates, control gauges, leak test systems, etc. ). Collaborating with the manufacturing, process engineering and quality departments to evaluate the process risk assessment table and critical issues of the industrialisation and testing process of new components. About You:

To succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results in the engineering field and gained dedicated experience in manufacturing and industrialisation activities on machining processes.

Fluent English is required for the position.
