3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants The candidate will join CETENA, a company within the Fincantieri NexTech Group, and work in the Business Unit focused on safety in the naval and maritime sector, either at the Trieste office or at the Genova headquarters. Responsibilities: Engineering analysis of design solutions implemented on board; Compliance checks of onboard systems (mechanical and electrical) to ensure they meet design and regulatory requirements; Drafting technical project documentation; Participating in meetings with project stakeholders (both national and international); Performing technical activities onboard vessels. Requirements: A Master's degree in Electrical Engineering / Energy and Nuclear Engineering / Naval Engineering or related fields; Experience with CAD tools (preferably MicroStation); Advanced knowledge of the Office suite (particularly Excel); Proficiency in written and spoken English. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of IMO regulations (especially SOLAS); Familiarity with risk analysis methodologies; Experience with programming languages (preferably C#) and SQL. Personal Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team; Determination, motivation, and curiosity; A keen interest in the naval sector.
