Randstad Italia Inhouse Services is currently recruiting a Integration, Verification, and RF Testing Engineer for an aerospace client based in Rome.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for interfacing with various entities, including customers, design departments, suppliers, and facilities.

The candidate must demonstrate strong initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving throughout the testing process.

Also required is knowledge in the following areas:

practical experience in RF measurements and testingknowledge of test planning and execution processesRequirements: Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related fieldgood knowledge of English in writing and speakingwillingness to take responsibility for tasks and lead teamsstrong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environmentThe Integration, Verification, and RF Testing Engineer will have the following main tasks:

support Design Reviewsprepare Test Setup Procurement Specificationsprepare Test Procedures and Conduct Test Readiness Reviews (TRR)define, Procure, Install, and Validate RF radiated and conducted Test Setups (Low and High Power)knowledge about Passive InterModulation Productact as RF Test Conductorprocess RF Test Dataprepare Test Reports and Logbooks, and conduct Test Review Boards (TRB)manage NRB Disposition and follow-upcontribute to overall Test Strategy and IVVQ approachprepare Technical Proposals for RF Testing Aspectsengineering Concurrence for Test Plans and Test Requirementsdevelop Antenna Performance Processing Softwareoversee RF Test Facility System Engineering and ImplementationLa ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L. 903/77).
