EsperienzaRandstad Italia Inhouse Services is currently recruiting a Software Engineering Planner for an aerospace client based in Rome.

Requirements: Master Degree in Management EngineeringExperience with master planning tools (PCM and MS Project)More than 1 year of experience as a planner in a structured environment or commercial fieldFluent in EnglishThe job holder will be in charge of:

Managing and/or providing support to a team (Functional, Technicians) through a deep knowledge in most of the Software Engineering Planning areas and related processes. Building the Production Plan according to the Company strategy, with a significant mid-term impact on Software Engineering deliveries/overall results (Punctuality, Cash flow) within the concerned perimeter. Identifying problems and significantly improving, changing or adapting existing methods and techniques based on management recommendations, and ensuring the updating and loading of data within the IS tools. Contributing to the Master Planning process for Software Engineering projects. Contributing to multi-project analysis for different skills and functions. Elaborating and managing project planning for assigned projects. Analyzing criticalities and preparing reports for management. La ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L. 903/77).
