The Head of Environment, Health, Safety & Security (EHS&S), EMEA is responsible for developing and leading effective processes, programs and continuous improvement to deliver EHS& S performance across theEMEA.

The position is designing and implementing EHS& S strategies for our manufacturing and non-manufacturing locations together with the sub-regional EHS& Steams.

He/she ensure full compliance with external and internal EHS& S requirements and builds a collaborative, positive, structured and self-sustaining zero-incident culture across the region. Core Responsibilities:

Strong experience in managing EHS& S teams and processes inan international environment of the process industry, preferably in the chemical or food industry. Multi-site management of EHS& S processes and programsMaster's Degree in Engineering/Safety/Environmental or similar.

Proven track record to work with senior leadership teams to advance EHS& S culture and performanceSocial empathy and cultural awareness, able to work across all levels and geographiesExceptional ability to develop positive relationships and lead through influence, build consensus and prioritize action and resultsOutstanding communicator with excellent presentation and strong written and oral communications skillsExceptional project management skills and the ability to structure and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive to completionDemonstrated ability to think strategicallyAbility to effectively manage and delegate while maintaining forward motion on key results and deliverablesTeam oriented, collaborative, diplomatic and agileFlexibility to travel internationally across all of Europe, Middle East, and Africa Working knowledge of implementing and maintaining EHS management systems, e. G.
