(Ingredion Incorporated) is hiringJunior Production Engineer, who will work as a team member of IMS (Integrated management system) implement integrated Management System for the production of safe finished products. As Junior Production Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

Posting shift production & dispatches in SAP systemCoordinating with Shift Chemist to find the in-process non-conformancesFulfilling Importante Azienda requirements for smooth working of the shiftAchieving shift wise production targets regarding both quality and quantityEnsuring safety of product, process equipment and workers Importante Azienda shiftWriting shift wise production report & Marking attendance of the workersEnsuring that different grades of the product are kept separatelyEnsuring that product losses are being controlledChecking the lab results of product and instructing the operators accordinglyInspecting the performance of processequipmentEnsuring proper maintenance of the process equipmentManaging housekeeping of the entire sectionFollowing instructions from the Divisional Head given verbally or in writingLiaising with the Shift Engineer of other divisions for shutdown and fully/partially operating the plant Importante Azienda load-sheddingEnsuring operators are giving right information on the log sheetsWriting shift performance report in the logbookFacilitating proper Importante Azienda at the required sectionEnsuring that manufacturing materials and supplies are sufficiently drawn from Stores in timeEnsuring that weighing scales are in perfect working orderThis position is well-suited for you if you have:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical EngineeringSome entry level experience will be preferredUnderstanding of instrumentation and DCS/SLC operation, GMP/HACCP procedures and Safety and Environment standardsComputer literacy
