SummaryAbout the RoleKey responsibilities: Define meaningful KPIs that will be used to track project implementation and resources engagement in line with existing dashboards and key strategic objectives. Identify major organizational needs both within IBEEM and in Novartis Italy related to Marketing and Commercial excellence topics, including digital & customer engagement strategy. Liaise with other IBEEM Core team members for priority setting, resource and budget allocation. Support the IBEEM leader as direct report to ensure the achievement of key strategic milestones and inform the right priority setting and resources allocation among the IBEEM pillars. Become a strong ally of the strategic assistant for the Country President for all projects involving Innovation, Marketing and Commercial Excellence, Technology. Minimum RequirementsUniversity Degree in Engineering, Business and Administration, Marketing or Medicine. 7+ years of experience in consulting and/or industry covering key roles. Proven ability to manage large and strategic projects related to Innovation, technology, marketing and commercial excellence. Strong ability to work in cross-functional teams, participate in multi-country governance models, and influence outcomes. Proven experience in working on cross-functional processes, with an AGILE mindset, capable of implementing transformation starting from new governance, processes, tools, and capabilities. Experience building digital solutions and leveraging technology, with high data literacy to drive change and educate others. Self-starting, intellectually curious, and creative, with the ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize multiple projects. Experience communicating to a variety of audiences. Advanced communication skills (oral and written) in English (fluent). Pharma business acumen. Why Novartis?
