Drawing? and? implementing an? organisational? model? Collecting information about the client's business? through? a? variety? of? methods? (interviews, surveys, reading reports etc. )

Analyze and interpret data? to? unearth? weaknesses? and? problems, and? comprehend? the? causes? Contributing to the? identification of the best solutions? through? a? structured problem-solving? approach? Formulating recommendations and solutions? with? attention? to a? client's? wishes, capabilities and? limitations? forming? concise reports

Developing detailed? business plans to drive small or radical changes Organizing and managing business projects? (in? terms? of? planned? Delivery, ? Economics and supplier/team management)? Conducting meetings effectively and creating? clear and? effective? presentations? Managing? and? developing relations with? client's? middle management? Reclassifying? of Balance? Sheet and? developing? financial? forecast? Italian language required Requirements: The requirements are: Bachelor's or Master's degree in the fields of economics,  management or engineering At least 1/3 years of experience, gained in leading? management consulting firms or in modernly structured companies

Experience? as? a PMO in? complex? contexts? Experience in defining process improvement/performace programs and measurement Analytical? mind with? excellent? data? collection? and? analysis? skills? Aptitude? in creative? problem-solving? Excellent? communication, ? interpersonal, and? presentation? skills? Good knowledge of the Office package (especially? Excel and PowerPoint)?
