Your Duties & Responsibilities:As part of the team, you will contribute with:

Providing the right business solution through direct contact with the ClientsPlanning and executing business analysis: marketing strategy, organizational and processesDrawing and implementing an organisational modelCollecting information about the client's business through a variety of methods (interviews, surveys, reading reports, etc.

)Analyzing and interpreting data to unearth weaknesses and problems, and comprehend the causesContributing to the identification of the best solutions through a structured problem-solving approachFormulating recommendations and solutions with attention to a client's wishes, capabilities and limitations forming concise reportsDeveloping detailed business plans to drive small or radical changesOrganizing and managing business projects (in terms of planned Delivery, Economics and supplier/team management)Conducting meetings effectively and creating clear and effective presentationsManaging and developing relations with client's middle managementReclassifying of Balance Sheet and developing financial forecastItalian language requiredRequirements:The requirements are:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in the fields of economics, management or engineeringAt least 1-3 years of experience, gained in leading management consulting firms or in modernly structured companiesExperience as a PMO in complex contextsExperience in defining process improvement/performance programs and measurementAnalytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skillsAptitude in creative problem-solvingExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsGood knowledge of the Office package (especially Excel and PowerPoint)Nice to have: knowledge of Design thinking/Lean methodology
