We are looking for an **Innovation and Ecosystem Intern**.

You will be an active part of the growth of this Innovation team, this youngest function, born from the merger of the skills necessary to oversee and intervene in the entire patient journey: identify opportunities, develop services and solutions, and bring them to the national healthcare ecosystem in a sustainable way contributing to extend and improve patients' lives.

Within this context we are looking for a motivated and dynamic person with an innovative and proactive approach, who will support the Innovation and Ecosystem Partner in building the innovation ecosystem for the company.

**Major Accountabilities

- Assist in developing and orchestrating an open innovation process.

- Support cultural change within the company by promoting an innovation-oriented approach.

- Collaborate in developing new ideas, evaluating concepts, and business prototyping.

- Contribute to the design and deployment of an innovative upskilling program for the workforce, with the objective of fostering a culture of innovation within the company.

- Assist in organizing events, communication and dissemination of activities to employees.

- Assist in developing the company's innovation narrative, support the dissemination activities while contributing to the brand positioning and reputation of the company

This internship position provides an opportunity to acquire and enhance skills in project and change management, event planning, coordination and communication, innovation management, and strategy implementation.

**Requisiti**:

**Ideal Background

- Currently studying for a Degree in Business Management, Innovation, or related fields.

- Strong interest in innovation, AI and technology.

- Ability to effectively use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot in daily work activities.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Excellent communication and analytical skills.

- Good level of written and spoken English.
