INNOVATION AND TRANSFORMATION SPECIALIST

**Mission

Support the creation of innovative client experiences based on emerging technologies.

**Main Accountabilities

- Support the research and monitoring of luxury and tech market trends.

- Provide analytical and project management support.

- Support the implementation, testing and documentation of the Proof of Concept (POCs) and prototypes related to the new experiences.

- Carry out start-up and technology scouting campaigns in the form of reports and presentations.

- Support the design and implementation of innovative client experiences.

- Use the design thinking principles to accelerate the creation of innovative customer journeys.

- Promoting and disseminating a culture of innovation within the company

**Profile**:

**Technical skills

- Preference for a degree in business, economics or engineering

- Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel

- Digital fluency: ability to comprehend, select, use and explain technologies.

- Knowledge of data visualization/presentation for stakeholders using visualization tools (e. g.

PowerBI)

- Knowledge of Mobile Operating Systems, features and Apps

- Analytical skills

- Basic coding knowledge
