Innovation/Business Process Re-Engineering Manager (Temporary) Duration: 1 Year + 1 Year optional
Job Summary: The Temporary Innovation Manager will drive the Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) strategy and execution within the organization.
The role includes overseeing the innovation transition, ensuring that new concepts are effectively integrated into the existing business framework.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities.
Develop a clear BPR strategy aligned with the company's goals.
Project Management: Lead the BPR project from conception through execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to facilitate innovation initiatives.
Research and Development: Conduct research to identify trends and gaps.
Explore emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance innovation efforts and integrate solutions.
Change Management: Develop plans for the transition of new innovations into operational processes.
Provide training and support to staff to adapt to new technologies and processes.
Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates on innovation initiatives.
Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the organization.
Performance Evaluation: Measure the success and impact of innovation initiatives.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications: Master's degree in Business Management Engineering or a related field; 12+ years of proven experience in innovation management, project management, or related roles.
Strong understanding of change management principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and market trends.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management and innovation tracking.
