The role includes overseeing the innovation transition, ensuring that new concepts are effectively integrated into the existing business framework. Key Responsibilities:Innovation Strategy Development:Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities. Develop a clear BPR strategy aligned with the company's goals. Project Management:Lead the BPR project from conception through execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Coordinate cross-functional teams to facilitate innovation initiatives. Research and Development:Conducting researches to identify trends and gaps. Exploring emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance innovation efforts and integrate solutions. Change Management:Develop plans for the transition of new innovations into operational processes. Provide training and support to staff to adapt to new technologies and processes. Stakeholder Engagement:Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates on innovation initiatives. Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the organization. Performance Evaluation:Measure the success and impact of innovation initiatives. Present findings and recommendations to senior management. Qualifications:Master's degree in Business Management Engineering or a related field; 12 + years of proven experience in innovation management, project management, or related roles. Strong understanding of change management principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and market trends.
