Let's make the world more Purple!As an Innovation Consultant, you will have the chance to:Execute first-hand open innovation initiatives, business design projects, and emerging technology analysis. Work alongside senior colleagues on open innovation and corporate venturing projects delivered for corporate clients. Manage diverse project streams simultaneously and with complete autonomy. Exploit internal resources (senior colleagues, knowledge base, junior colleagues, GELLIFY network) to complete assigned tasks. Directly engage with clients through interviews, workshops, and presentations. Coordinate the work of junior colleagues assigned to the projects. Education & Experience:Bachelor's or Master's degree in the fields of economics or management, engineering, finance with a focus on one or more of the following subjects: economics, innovation management, finance, entrepreneurship. 3-5 years' experience as a consultant in the field of innovation or technology strategy. Experience in open innovation and corporate venturing projects. Experience with Startups. Experience in the energy & utilities field is a plus. Excellent knowledge of Excel; nice to have: Power BI, SPSS, Tableau. Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and ability to structure effective presentations. Understanding of and personal interest in the digital environment and how digital technologies can be applied to process, product, and business model innovation. Fluency in Italian and English, both written and oral. Desired Soft Skills:Team working. Self-motivation, organization, and willingness to go the extra mile. Interpersonal relationship skills.
