Your role at KIKO MILANOWe are looking for a Innovation Intern to join KIKO MILANO's Marketing team, reporting to the Product Manager. Such talent will support the product manager in strategic projects for the brand. In particular, you will:Conduct market researches to identify new consumer needs, emerging trends and competitive landscape in the cosmetics industryAnalyze market datas and consumer feedbacks to identify new opportunities for product differentiation and positioningAnalyze trends and competition and identify new consumer insightsStay updated on industry innovations, emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovationSupport in developing internal presentationsSupport in developing and execute new product launchesActively manage communications with all stakeholders ensuring everyone is updatedReport to the product manager and collaborate with the cross-functional teamWhat you will need to succeedDegree in Economics, Marketing or CommunicationPrevious internship experience in a similar role for a multinational company preferredCreative, curious and passionate about beauty industryAnalytical and organizational skillsGood knowledge of Office packageGood knowledge of Microsoft outlookFluent in EnglishWe would love if you hadCreative thinkingA leader-driven approach: thinking before acting, innovating, simplifying and delivering results; placing the customer first, driving change and leading by example; collaborating, growing expertise and embracing diversityAbility to learn on the jobStrong problem-solving skills detail-orientedHighly collaborative style willingness and demonstrated ability to work in teamsOpenness to a culture of continuous feedbackKIKO si impegna ad ampliare i propri sforzi per garantire le Pari Opportunità e dedica una particolare attenzione all'integrazione delle persone con disabilità all'interno dell'azienda.
