As an **Innovation Manager**, you will have the chance to see first-hand **Innovation management**, **Business Design**, **Corporate Entrepreneurship & Strategy**, and **Emerging technology adoption **and get your feet wet working with clients belonging to **Financial Services** industry.

**Your Duties & Responsibilities**:

Working alongside senior colleagues, you will have the responsibility of:

- Strategic Analysis:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of the banking sector and technology trends to identify opportunities for improvement and develop innovative strategies.

- Work with internal teams and stakeholders to understand business needs and define clear goals for Financial Services.

- Strategic planning:

- Define and implement strategic plans / complex programs in the Digital Transformation area for FS, taking into account the needs of internal and external stakeholders and managing cross-functional tables

- Identify emerging technologies and evaluate their impact on the FS sector, suggesting innovative solutions.

- Consulting and Leadership:

- Provide advice and leadership on banking best practices, methods of designing and implementing FS solutions.

- Deep knowledge of the banking sector with regard to the main processes, practices and peculiarities of the area

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to lead strategic projects, monitor progress and ensure quality of delivery.

- Change Management:

- Develop change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition to new technology solutions, working closely with key personnel and stakeholders.

- Identify the risks and challenges associated with implementing new technologies and propose solutions to mitigate them.

- Monitoring and Evaluation:

- Constantly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the strategies implemented, measuring the achievement of objectives and making any improvements.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in the fields of economics, management or engineering

- At least 8 years of experience in the field of innovation or technology strategy with a strong focus on Financial Services

- Understanding of and personal interest in the digital environment and how digital technologies can be applied to process product and business model innovation

- Thorough understanding and personal interest in the context of entrepreneurship, start-ups and innovation ecosystems

- Ability to analyze and interpret complex organizational and business situations and develop innovative solutions to generate change

- Project management

- Excellent knowledge of Excel - nice to have: Power BI, SPSS, Tableau

- Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and ability to structure effective presentations.

- **Italian Language required
