We are looking for a Innovation Project Manager Junior with a passion for innovation and the entrepreneurial ecosystem to join us in Rome with a flexible and hybrid working model.

What you'll do in a nutshellInnovation Consulting, Both In Back-office And On-site, Applying The Most Suitable Tools And Models And, When Necessary, Designing New Ones In The Following Areas:

Innovation strategyInnovation governanceVenture buildingInnovation and intrapreneurship programsBusiness innovationValue proposition and business model design and validationTechnology strategyTechnology exploitationMarket research and analysisScouting of startups and emerging technologiesWorking alongside project leaders on the design and delivery of innovation programs (such as startup acceleration programs, venture building, intrapreneurship, business design, etc.

).

Designing and conducting workshops on innovation and entrepreneurship (Design Thinking, Pitching, Lean Startup, Agile, etc.

).

Developing proposals using appropriate innovation methodologies to facilitate their creation and growth (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and Open Innovation).

Supporting mentors in coaching startups and new projects during acceleration programs and hackathons.

Applying Agile methodologies for project management.

Collecting and analyzing data (e. g. , desk research, interviews, focus groups, surveys, shadowing, mystery shopping, analytics, etc.

).

Creating project presentations and research reports.

Participating in consulting projects and Innovation Advisory activities. What You'll BringWe are looking for a Junior profile with at least 2 years of experience in innovation programs, startups, or digital transformation, who possesses:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management or related disciplinesFluency in English and Italian languagesStrong communication skillsAbility to build and manage relationships, including with high-profile clientsAdvanced knowledge of PowerPoint, MS Office, and Microsoft Teams toolsAttention to detail and precisionPassion and knowledge in areas such as innovation, technology, startups, digital transformation, entrepreneurship, and sustainabilityFlexibility and ability to work in an international, dynamic, and constantly evolving environmentStrong problem-solving skills, high proactivity, and autonomyExcellent teamwork skillsClear and effective communication, with strong public speaking abilitiesAbility to manage workshops and interactive sessions with clientsYou will work in our Innovation and Venture Building team, collaborating with some of the most important companies, developing innovation programs in Italy and Europe.
