What will you be doing?
As an Innovation Strategist, you will collaborate with designers, technologists, program managers, industry leads and clients to envision and create new products, services, and experiences.
You will work across every stage of the product development lifecycle to ensure that the concepts and design decisions are sensitive to both the needs of users and our clients' businesses.
You will be especially involved at the earliest stages of projects where you conduct research to understand user and market needs and develop ideas for new or improved experiences.
You will formulate clear hypotheses or approaches based on ambiguous information, then later validate these hypotheses in collaboration with the frog team, and help to define the strategy of the products, services and experiences.
You should be eager to involve clients in the design process, highly responsive to feedback, and excited to present the team's ideas in front of executives.
You will receive support from your peers and leads from frog strategy team, but you could be the only strategist on your project team.
We don't expect you to know everything on day one, but you should be comfortable working independently and able to make thoughtful decisions with limited information.
This means identifying and taking the next key step of the project while simultaneously considering the broader context of the engagement, the client's business, and the world.

As a frog strategist, you can pursue your interests across functions, industries, and geographies.
On a typical project you will: Be the go-to person for all things business strategy, product strategy and customer insights related Set up and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, in compliance with local laws and regulations.
Use both qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights and opportunity areas for further exploration, and enable design decisions with prioritization frameworks Bring business and strategic perspectives to research and design Help other multidisciplinary team members understand and use strategy framework in their daily work We want you to have: Good storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.
You will present frog's work to client executives and explain the thinking behind the work.
You will co-facilitate workshops and manage breakout groups The ability to prepare compelling presentations in Keynote and PowerPoint Experience approaching ambiguous questions and thinking from first principles Good math and statistical skills, including Excel modelling 2-5 years of work experience in a related field such as Consulting and professional services A willingness to travel for research and client meetings Business level ability in English It would be a bonus if you had: A degree (or work experience) in business, entrepreneurship, finance, research, engineering, social work, anthropology, human-computer interaction, or liberal arts Experience in Life Science, Connected products industries Hands on research expertise, from ethnographic and other qualitative research methods to quantitative research skills including survey design and data analysis; Financial analysis and business case development skills; Experience with SPSS or other statistical software.
An interest in global trends, from culture to people and business to climate, and how that impacts our world; An interest in technology, both extant and emerging Experience working in a creative environment with designers, and an interest in human centred design (sometimes called design thinking) A second language (and every additional language is a plus!)
