No Offer Description In the IPPOCRATE project, the research nurse will play a crucial role in implementing an innovative model for therapy, care, and monitoring of patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD), where individual genetic information is considered to optimize prevention plans and manage the progression of the disease towards end-stage levels.
The research nurse will be actively involved in activating therapeutic and care processes, which include the use of digital therapies, administration of patient-specific supplements (based on genetic information) to reduce the uremic toxin load associated with CKD, and the implementation of IoT technologies for remote monitoring.
