Inside & Outside Sales Manager (Milano)

We have become one of the best solutions for practice management in Italy and we're looking to take the company international, entering several other markets, to finally become the #1 European solution for Practice & Patient-Relationship Management.
**As a Sales Manager you will**:
- Talk to prospective clients with the **goal of scheduling a product demo
- Conduct **demonstrations of the product **with the **goal of selling subscription packages
- Take part in marketing and sales meetings to **coordinate campaigns
The salary is composed of a **fixed compensation and a performance-based bonus**.
**Requirements**:
- At least **3 years of **Sales Experience
- Either **2+ years of experience in SaaS companies** or in a** Health organization** (eg.
dental practice, general medicine, hospital ecc.
)
- **Excellent Italian communication capabilities**; fluent in English (our company language)
- **Strong results-orientation** and structured approach
- Ability to **collaborate in a "win-as-a-team"** environment
- Affinity with **tech/innovation solutions
- Strong propensity to develop a network in the Healthcare industry
- You live in the vicinity of Milan or are willing to relocate there
