Inside Sales

- We are looking for an Inside Sales to support the Business Development teams with the day-to-day management and administration in order to maximize the revenue potential for BSI.
- Responsibilities
- Manage inbound leads from the Business Development Team to develop a solid pipeline for the sales team.
- Understand the Business Development process to assist and to proactively seek new business opportunities as requested.
- Use relevant sales and marketing collateral to illustrate how a range of BSI products meet a range of customer needs and ensure these are communicated to Business Developers and available for them to use.
- Accurately record information in the CRM system for the sales team and be able to run reports to support Business Development activities.
- Plan and organise events with the support and guidance of the Business Development Managers to improve relationships with customers.
- Knowledge/Skills/Experience
- At least 4 years of experience in a sales environment, preferably in certifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as good interpersonal skills
- Proven ability in closing business to business sales and win new customers
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and adaptable to be able to work with mínimal supervision
- Experience of working in a KPI driven environment
