Our Sales team in Italy is currently looking for a an **Inside Sales** colleague to be the commercial contact for the S&P clients, to respond to new sales inquiries, to find new opportunities and to support the activities of the field sales team, for the site of Castelleone.

The position is based in Castelleone (Lombardy region) and reports to Castelleone Inside Sales Office Manager. Preferred residence area: Castelleone and neighboring areas.

**Individual accountabilities

- Receive inbound customer sales inquiries and provide quotations, product / service information, support and pricing details in response to inbound enquiries, promoting the features and benefits of the company's products / services

- Process sales orders and arrange the dispatch and administration of products / services sold

- Enter the orders in BaaN

- Maintain information in CRM

**Requirements**:

- Legal right to work in Italy

- Upper secondary school is needed; university degree is preferred

- Excellent communication skills

- Good knowledge of both Italian and English languages

- Computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment

- Residence in Castelleone or neighboring areas
