Inside Sales Coordinator
About the Role**:
As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with Italy's best independent restaurants and to have a big impact on the restaurant selection on Uber Eats.
You will also (i) support your junior colleagues to organize their work and to deliver on their results, (ii) contribute to training, enablement and onboarding activities.
**What you'll do**:
- Close deals with Restaurant Partners in your assigned areas by being responsible for the entire end-to-end sales process.
- Handle contract negotiations aimed at establishing the foundation of a strong working relationship with our restaurant partners, including sustainable economics for both parties.
- Support your manager, coordinating a small team of sellers and supporting them in their day to day
- Take care for enablement and team onboarding activities
- Clearly communicate the value of Uber Eats and its newest products and projects.
- Help craft and redesign processes to ensure Uber Eats can move quickly and succeed at large scale.
- Lead the restaurant selection in your assigned areas
**What you need**:
- 1-2 years experience in an inside and / or field sales position ideally for a high growth company, (Technology, FMCG, or Hospitality industry) or client facing position.
- Experience in sourcing, negotiating and driving contracts to closure.
- Confidence in building great relationships & ability to win new business over the phone
- Relentlessly driven, self-motivated and goal-oriented
- A people person, you love talking to people and getting them excited!
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent understanding of Salesforce tool
- Ability to stay poised and organized in a fast-paced work environment
- Fluent in both Italian and English
