Every day. The Energy Division Equipment Sales is looking for an Inside Sales in Monza site. Reporting to: Energy Equipment ManagerManagement Level: Individual sales contributorWho you areWe are looking for a person with:Passion for knowledge in heat exchangeCommunication and interpersonal relationship skillsAbility to listen and understand customer needsCustomer orientation to establish relationships of trustProblem-solving skillsProactivity and initiative towards customers and market developmentSales attitude and business acumenStrong ability to manage a network of customers and partnersWhat about the jobYour main responsibility will be Sales and design of plate heat exchangers suitable for the HVAC and Manufacturing industrial market, requested by customers or partners with whom the creation of a good commercial and technical relationship is a must. The solution will be selected, designed, technically and commercially proposed, and offered to the market, covering Italy, Greece, and Israel (directly and/or through the external sales network or the network of partner agents or distributors). You'll be the customer reference, analyzing, understanding, and selecting the main needs of the customer by reading the request or by visiting the customer if requested. You will be responsible for the sales and the sales results through a careful choice of the right product among the possible solutions for the customer. You will manage a group of customers in line with our strategy and further develop market opportunities within your area.
The usage of the sales funnel via OneCrm is a must. What you knowThe attitude for sales with a structured work and reporting (CRM) is a must for this profile. You have a university degree in Thermomechanical, Chemistry, Energy, Mechanics or a Scientific university degree (first work experience or experience in the internal technical-commercial role with Heat Exchangers). You have a good understanding of business development within the BTB market. You possess knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and pressure vessels.
Familiarity with Microsoft packages and the ability to work with internal software and CRM software is essential for this profile. You are fluent in English and available to travel (15-20% of time).
