Every day. The Service division is looking for an Inside Sales in Monza site. Reporting to Inside Sales and Order Handler Manager Management Level: Individual contributor Who you are We are looking for a person with: Strong attitude for teamwork Capabilities to identify priorities and follow up on opportunities Strong interpersonal skills and market support Strong ability to manage a network of customers Open-mindedness and a sales attitude. What about the job Your main responsibility will be sales and design of plate heat exchangers suitable for the applications requested by customers, with whom the creation of a good commercial and technical relationship is a must. The solution will be designed, technically proposed, and offered to the GPHE market, covering Italy, Greece, and Israel (directly and/or through the external sales network or the network of partner agents or distributors). You'll be the customer reference; you will analyze, understand, and select the main needs of the customer by reading the contract or by visiting the customer and their plants if requested. You will be responsible for the sales results, also through a careful choice of the right product among the possible solutions for the customer. What you know The aptitude for structured work and reporting (CRM) is a must for this profile. You have a diploma or university degree in Thermotechnic, Chemistry, or Mechanics (first work experience or have experience in the internal technical-commercial role with Heat Exchange). You have a good knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and pressure vessels. Knowledge of Microsoft packages and the ability to work with internal software and CRM software is essential for this profile. You are fluent in English and available for occasional travel.
