As we expand our product portfolio and global presence, our Sales Engineer team is hiring an Inside Sales Engineer to support our internal and external Sales team.

Based in EMEA, this team will act as presales support for the Sales and Inside Sales in the early stage of the opportunities, as a technical hotline for our partners and will assist with customers' technical inquiries as part of the RFP process.

This is an exciting opportunity to help support the build-out of a new function at Nozomi Networks.

As a team creation, you'll report to the VP of Worldwide Sales Engineering and as a first in the team, you'll play a key role in setting the baseline for the success of the team and its future growth.

In this role, you will: Provide technical support for customers and partners during the presales and sales process.

Act as a channel technical hotline, assisting with technical requests and presales support from our elite partners.

Support the Sales and Inside Sales team by contributing to drafting and reviewing RFP answers, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with client requirements.

Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to communicate technical solutions effectively.

Engage with customers and partners to understand their technical requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and cohesive customer experience.

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have: Fluency in English and near-native proficiency in at least one of the following languages: German, French, or Italian.

Strong technical aptitude, with a good understanding of network technologies and information security.

Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

A customer-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to providing exceptional support.

A Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

Strong work ethic.
