Inside Sales - Italy
We are looking for Inside Sales to add to our Genoa Sales Team.
Key tasks and responsibilities: Schedule, research and prepare material for Outside Sales for customer meetings/ZIM Compass.
Prepare quotations (request rates from other ZIM departments/agencies as needed).
Enter updated customer data from Outside Sales and other sources into ZRM system.
Forward client complaints/correctors and follow-up the resolution of these.
Solve ad-hoc customers' problems.
Forward telephone and email inquiries in standard subjects to customer service center or other departments within ZIM.
Track customer performance of the accounts portfolio.
Update account plans/profiles according to Outside Sales input.
Undergo the required training according to the training program.
Populate KPI template for Outside Sales on a weekly basis to enable performance tracking.
Ensure data accuracy of ZRM or other related systems for cargo shipped by controlled customers.
Requirements: Professional and personal skills: Completed apprenticeship in shipping or forwarding.
Outgoing personality.
Geographical knowledge.
Team player.
Ability to work under pressure.
Willingness to work in an open-plan office.
Languages: English (Scale 1 – 7)*: 5.
MS Office: Word, Excel (Scale 1 – 7)*: 4.
