Your Tasks**:

- You will not have to make cold calls, our marketing team sees to you getting prequalified customer leads

- You are the voice of the brand DR SMILE and you accompany our Italian patients until their treatment is completed

- You will lead competent counseling and sales conversations regarding our aligners

- You are responsible for our sales process and strive for a positive customer experience

- You have clear objectives and an attractive commission model that reflects your performance

- You will take part in an intensive onboarding and constant training courses for you to evolve steadily

**Your Skills**:

- You have job experience in the fields of Sales

- You have an extraordinary sales talent and a "no" doesn't set you back, on the contrary you feel spurred

- You have great communication and organization skills and like working in a team

- You are determined and hungry for success and are very motivated to reach ambitious goals

- You are proactive and think out-of-the-box to look for creative methods of resolution

- You are fluent in Italian and furthermore you are fluent in English
