And we would love to have you join us!Your challenge After training and a tailored learning programme when you join, the Inside Sales Manager role for our IB (Installed Base) business is an outstanding opportunity to drive growth through current business opportunities.

With the relevant training provided to learn our products and industry, the person will be responsible for increasing supplies and parts revenue and profitability in line with the company targets by developing, implementing standard work and tracking programs to regain and retain Videojet's business with its existing and new or lost customers. Your responsibilities at Videojet, include:

Full P&L responsibility for suppliesbusinessCreate a strategy to retain existing clients, regain the lost ones and generate sales opportunitiesImplement and develop standard processes in Navision & SFDC (SalesForce) and guarantee appropriate training to ensure data integritySet up field visits to retain, regain, inspect/check, where requiredManage and lead a team of a mix of customer service specialists and inside sales reps with passion and engagement, to develop their skills, competencies and behaviors and help meeting career aspirations and company targetsYour experience/skills will include:

5+ years of experience in sales and after sales roleP&L and basic accounting qualificationsExcellent oral and written communication skills both in Italian and in EnglishPeople management, listening and coaching skillsProven attention to detailsKnowledge of SFDC will be advantageousOur offer Being part of a dynamic team in which there is a high focus on delivering results and continuous improvement, but also where having fun and teamwork is very important.
