Tasks: Builds and maintains strong, long-term relationships withexisting customers to ensure recurring business and customerloyalty Achieves assigned sales targetsactively managing and growing the agreed portfolioHandles the entire order, from receiving and processingto shipment confirmation Cooperates with ASMand After Sales Dept to ensure excellent customer buying experienceand effectiveness Manages sales pipelineensuring accurate and timely reporting of sales data, leadconversion rate and sales trends to Inside Sales TeamLeader Provides administrative support toexternal sales team, including preparing offers, proposals, legaldocuments Qualifies new customers and proposeson site meetings to those ones that show interest and highpotential Profile: adopts up-selling and cross-selling behavoiur on a stablebasis, accurate offer management (options) and follow-upResponds promptly and professionally to customerinquiries, resolving issues related to product availability(alternatives), pricing (special conditions) and deliveryconditions 3 years of professionalexperience Expertise in Sales, ideally insimilar business model, especially in the B2B sectorHigh organizational skills and competence ininterdisciplinary, international settings Verygood communication skills, written and spoken in Italian andEnglish Benefits: Compensation consisting of a fixed part and a variablepart paid based on the achievement of agreed objectives
